What Do AST Level Of 103 And ALT Level Of 166 Indicate?
Question: should I be concerned about a recent blood test that showed an AST level of 103 and a ALT level of 166

In isolation, these two reports are not that concerning. Provided other liver parameters are fine. Ultrasound of liver should be normal. And tests for viral hepatitis should be negative.
If all of these are fine then nothing to worry. It can be because of fatty liver or some drug induced.
