Brief Answer:
Fresh fruits and fresh vegetables.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Ms. XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing to us.

If you do not have any specific food allergies and are not diabetic, you can have any healthy diet available. Please avoid fatty food, fried items, fast foods and spicy diet. Please include fresh fruits and vegetables in your menu. Protein-rich food like dals, beans, nuts and milk should be taken. Dry fruits are a good source of minerals.

Adequate intake of liquids also is essential. If you are a non-vegetarian, you can have boiled eggs and fish in abundance. The presence of greens in your food provides you with iron and folic acid.

Hope your query has been answered. If you need any more information, please feel free to contact. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
