Brief Answer:
As explained below

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone through the details and the reports. You are having endometrial hyperplasia due to increased estrogen. There are medical and surgical treatment for this but considering your age I guess you have completed your family. If that is the case then I would suggest you go for hysterectomy (removal of uterus and cervix). Usually, we try the medical management for 9 months, if it does not resolve and is still persisting or progressing we advise surgery.

I hope this answered your query.
