default
Posted on Sat, 15 Apr 2017
Question: After i pee in the morning (mostly) i have been noticing its yellow on the tissue. I thought it might be a dehydration problem but every once in a while it happens during the day. I also having been have an immediate urge to pee instead of a gradual build to it. I had a pee test done (i think a 10 dip) and it came back clean! Its always less as the day goes on as far as urgency to pee.

Brief Answer:
Dehydration

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As you said the symptoms appear to be dehydration.
I hope you do not run temperature and pain/burning during peeing.
If you have temp or burning pain it could be due to local infection. In such a case you see a doctor.
Since the pee test came back normal it could be simple dehydration. It could be better tackled with ORS (oral rehydration salts). You can also opt for drinks with electrolytes like tender coconut water, Gatorade etc.
