Brief Answer:
Need more pictures and more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image.

This seems like a dried crust that is about to peel off. It may be secondary to trauma or local inflammatory cause.

Do you have any more pictures to show? Do you also have these at other places on soles? How long since you have noticed this? Are there any symptoms associated?

Regards

Brief Answer:
Possibility of a wart

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I apologize for delay in my reply.

I would keep a possibility of a plantar wart.
Plantar wart is a viral infection caused by Hpv. Most commonly it would present as localized thickened dead skin which looks as yellowish/ crumbled skin. This yellow/ crumbled skin would peel off from time to time and is part of the thickened wart skin.
I suggest that you try a topical salicylic acid+lactic acid liquid preparation (wart remover) once daily at night and it should be Ok.
Warts may be asymptomatic Or it may cause pain and stinging sensation during walking when the thickened/ hardened skin presses on to nerves. These are the only symptoms that are commonly associated with a wart.

Dear Dr.kakkar

Thank you for taking the time to answer my quistion.

But perhaps i was not clear on the matter

The dried crust that appear in my sole and palms and last night i noticed three tiny ones on my fingers As wierd as this one may sound the just appear and fall very fast it does not leave any trace at my skin actually some of at are barely attached to my skin

They do not cause pain but i get minor stings and prickling in differnt body parts mostly my hands and feet

Also sometimes i can find tiny pinpoint red dots on skin

Brief Answer:
Infestation is a possibility

Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you.

This sounds more like an infestation and if I was the treating doctor I would have liked to treat you empirically for that.
I suggest you to apply either 5% Permethrin cream/lotion Or 1% Gamma Benzene Hexachloride lotion (Lindane), all over body, from neck downwards and leave it on overnight to act for at least 8 - 12 hours, followed by a scrub bath next day.Wash all your clothing, bed sheets, towels, etc after treatment.
I also suggest a single dose of Oral Ivermectol 12 mg stat.
A tablet of cetrizine 10 mg once daily will provide you symptomatic relief from itching/ stinging sensation.
These are prescription medications and should be taken under supervision of a doctor. I suggest that you visit a doctor in your vicinity for a confirmatory diagnosis as well as for the needful.

Regards
