A few more information would be helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX ! Good afternoon. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

Presuming that you meant anus (which has been misspelled as punus), I would like to have a few more information from you to help you better :
1) What is your dietary habit and your age ?
2) Are you constipated, or passed hard stool recently ?
3) Any other medical history you can provide of any treatment received so far.

Expecting to listen from you soon.

Thanks for using Health Care Magic forum for the queries on your health.

Brief Answer:
Possibly it is a urogenital infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi ! Possibly there was an error in the spelling.

So the story changes completely. Possibly you have an infection in the urine or in your genital tract . I am not aware how active you are sexually and whether you are having a single or multiple partners. In any case, if I were your doctor, I would advise the following:
1) A routine and microscopic urine test followed by a culture and sensitivity test.
2) Complete bacteriological test of the yellowish discharge along with a culture sensitivity test.
3) An HbsAg and HIV test as a routine.
4) a routine blood sugar test, and a routine complete blood count.
5) Start suitable antibiotic based on the investigation reports which should relieve you of your problem.

At the same time, I would also suggest to get your partner examined by a doctor to rule out any co incidental infection in her genital tract to prevent recurrence of the infection, and in that case she should also be treated simultaneously with you. I would also urge you take appropriate precautions in case you have multiple partners.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.

Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
