This is sign of pharyngitis.
Do saline gargle and take a course of antibiotics in consultation with your doctor.

Brief Answer:
Take mucolytics

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Somethimes pharyngitis becomes chronic.
In such cases sputum gets stuck up on posterior wall of throat and causes irritation.
You can take mucolytics in consultation with your doctor.
These will help in thinning mucous and decrease throat irritation.
Do remember to gargle with saline water after every meal.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Continue gargle

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the photograph.
There is lot of redness.
Signs of infection are not there hence antibiotics won't be helpful.
Carry on with Gargle and take throat decongestant like strepsils.
These will help you.
Thank you
