Brief Answer:
Protein uria

Detailed Answer:
Hi

The white filmy bubbles floating in top of your pee are proteins which is an early sign of kidney disease.

Proteinuria happens when your kidneys let protein leak into your urine which indicates kidney disease.

I would advise you to do a dipstick and a urine albumin to creatinine ratio test.

I would also advise you to take ACE inhibitors group of drugs to stop protein leiking in your urine with your doctors advise.

Since your creatinine is high and you are having soreness in back and kidney area i would advise you to do a CT scan of whole abdomen and also consult a nephrologisrt.
