What Causes White Bumps Under The Foreskin Of Penis?
Candida infection suspected;a photo required for specific opinion.....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
1. A photo of the bumps located on the skin underneath the foreskin of your penis is required for further specific evaluation.
2. As long as you have been tested negative for STDs, your symptoms are suggestive of possible candida thrush or common bacterial infection. Applying gentian violet solution locally alternating with a cream containing triple medications (nystatin, neomycin and triamcinolone) can help overcome the current symptoms.
Keep good local hygiene. If not circumcised, please consider circumcision as your definite solution to your problems and discuss it further with urologist.
Hope it was of help!

Thanks for the photo;please provide the following additional data...
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Thank you for providing the requested photo.
I need to have a few more info after reviewing the photo:
1. Did the white spots appear after having unprotected sex?
2. Have you used any medication recently?
3. Any discharge from your penis?
4. Are the bumps always present or they can be disappeared after rubbing or having a shower?
5. As you have been tested for STDs, did your doctor run any test for fungal infection?
6. Any history of past infection/trauma on the penis?
Looking forward to have the requested data in for a more accurate answer!
Thank you!
Dr.Albana
Nothing to worry about if STDs are already ruled out...
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
There is nothing worrisome in your case.
I have asked all those questions to understand your current situation better.
The very first thing is to exclude STDs that you have already ruled out through the tests you have done so far.
The rest is not serious and not worrisome. From what I have noted at the photos you provided and from what you are describing, it seems that everything is related to dry skin.
If I was your caring doctor would advise to use Clotrimazole cream (for at least 2 weeks) together with moisturizer cream. Keeping a good hygiene locally is also highly recommended.
Hope it was of help!
