Brief Answer:
Get examined and investigated

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Weakness in all four limbs in diabetes needs to be evaluated regarding acute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy.
Other possibility may be myopathy, vitamin D deficiency or Thyroid disorder.
You need to get clinically examined by a neurologist and get investigation like nerve conduction study, blood sugar, vitamin D, vitamin B 12 and Thyroid profile.
Multivitamins and vitamin B 12 supplementation can be taken.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Dear Dr., I read these suggestive causes for my case. Do I now have the possibility of muscular disease that will not improve or can it get better with treatment! I'm going to get blood work next week and proceed with follow ups with a neurologist as you suggested. I am changing diet right away and pray it's not too late to turn this around. I'm scared out of my mind!! No Dr. ever told me this could happen. Since this was my first time are my chances still there to get better or wil this continue to get worse? Thank you for you kindness!!! I greatly appreciate it!!!
