Question: Hi Sir,
3 years ago I had a hairline fracture in my left toes.after 2-3 months it was alright. But I had a feeling that left leg is not 100% fit.I was a regular volley player.after the fracture my performance in the volley was reduced to 30%.In the 2nd year I went to Vaishno XXXXXXX temple in XXXXXXX by climbing the steps. After 2-3 months I started feeling back pain. Then I went to Orthopedic specialist. He did a MRI(Report is attached).
Now the problem is I feel less energy in my left leg.even I can't stand for more then 1 minute in one leg(left leg).my left limb gets tired first.I have sugar level 115 in fasting and less then 100 after food.Vitamin D is also very less(less then 10).
Please suggest me if there is any treatment by which i can bring back the energy in my left leg.

Brief Answer:
You may be having nerve compression in spine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. Weakness in foot is combined effect of nerve compression in spine with Diabetes and old fracture. Your MRI report is showing that nerve compression is in starting stage. So I would suggest you following.
1.Take Tablet Pregabalin M one daily at night time.
2.Tablet Vitamin D3 60000 unit per week for six weeks.
3.Physiotherpay for back muscles and foot exercises.
4.Take proper control of blood sugar level.
5.Get EMG/ NCV test for foot.
i hope these steps will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
