Brief Answer:
Will require thorough evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms XXXXX,

The cause for symptoms of weakness could be due to many factors, which could be due to following

1. Anemia: Anemia of chronic renal insufficiency
2. Hyper phosphatemia
3. Electrolyte imbalance
4. Adverse effect of long term dialysis
5. Vitamin and Iron deficiency

I would suggest you the following

1. Thorough evaluation and assessment from nephrologist
2. Erythropoetin Injection: Anemia of renal insufficiency will require Erythropoetin injection.
3. Vitamin supplementation
4. Hematinics
5. Diet for renal insufficiency patients to be followed
6. Ensure adequate intake of salt
7. Control of diabetis: Get fasting blood sugar, post prandial blood sugar and Glycosylated hemoglobin

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you

Take Care

Best Regards
