What Causes Vomiting While On A Coma Stage?

Question: hi my mother is in coma since one year today twice she had vomited is it bad sign ?

Well vomiting per se is neither a bad sign nor a good sign, but vomiting in lying down position can cause aspiration of gastric contents into lungs causing serious injury to lungs.

It seems like Intestinal Infection.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Fever, vomiting and motions indicates Intestinal infection . It could be due to bacterial or viral or it could be due to Antibiotic induced ( if she is already on Antibiotics ).

I recommend you to avoid oral feeds for 12 hours and get her Intravenous fluids . You can also give her Probiotics like Sporolac sachets 2 times a day . If she is already on any antibiotics either discontinuation or changing the antibiotic has to be considered .

If loose motions persists inspite of all these measures for 2 days then I recommend a test called Stool Culture Sensitivity test and revert back with reports.
