Brief Answer:
Get investigated and visit a neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
She can be having migraine attack or stroke.
Visual blackouts can be found in both especially one half field.
You need to get her examined by a neurologist for investigation.
Most likely she may require a brain Mri.
She can take pain killers like Naproxen or Aceclofenac for relief.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
