Brief Answer:
You can go for HCG and progesterone support.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us about it.
Congratulation on your pregnancy.
Your levels of HCG and progesterone are low, but it is too early to start anything.
You can take HCG and progesterone injection to support your pregnancy.
You should first pass away for a transvaginal ultrasound to see yolk sac and see the cause of spotting.
Your spotting is minimal and you are not having any cramps so please do not get tense and get proper rest.
Hopefully with hormonal support your pregnancy will go forward.
Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more.
Good luck.

I Realized I did not specify the spotting color.. it goes from brown to bright red to brown with not clots.. I'm sorry for all the questions but I miscarried in august . resulting in a chemical pregnancy.
Brief Answer:
Spotting can be due to low level of hormone.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Nice to get word from you all again.
Bleeding or spotting can be due to low hormone level.
Then, with the support of hormone the survival rate is more. (You are having previous history of miscarriage also).
I hope it is useful to you.
Good luck.
