Brief Answer:
Repeat ultrasound is required

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Spotting or bleeding in early pregnancy can be due to abortion or due to subchorionic haemorrhage, which is bleeding in the fetal membranes.
I will suggest you to get a transvaginal ultrasound done to confirm the diagnosis and fetal cardiac activity.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
