What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Along With Abdominal Pain?
Question: My girlfriend had bleeding through her vagina on yesterday afternoon. After sometime she had extreme abdomen pain & suddenly she noticed that some tissue like sack shaped structure came out through her vagina with bleeding. After that the bleeding stops very slowly & on today morning when she woke up she saw that the bleeding was completely stopped..now in the afternoon now a bit of bleeding occurs. What was that tissue like thing doctor? Was that an embryo? As we are very much afraid if my girlfriend is pregnant or not!! But we didn't had any intercourse but may be before 5 days I masturbated her & a little amount of my precum enters into her vagina. But we didn't sure about it. Please help us doctor. As we are very young now(20 years).
Also she had polycystic ovary syndrome(pcos). And she also took Ovral L medicine to stop her periods which she though that will occur & she took it about 15days & before 5days of this tissue like thing came out she stopped it. Please help us doctor by saying whether she was pregnant or not?? Also watch the pictures please which I attached in the update reports section. Thank you.
Also she had polycystic ovary syndrome(pcos). And she also took Ovral L medicine to stop her periods which she though that will occur & she took it about 15days & before 5days of this tissue like thing came out she stopped it. 3) why did she take ovral-L to stop periods?
4) what is her height and weight?
5) Before this masturbation when did you last participate in intercourse and was it complete?

1. Her last period was in the month of November..around 24th of November
2. No not at all..she took it just to stop her period even she didn't knew her period date. But still she took it.
3. She took it as to overcome the stress or the workout that we have to face in our education related field work. Actually we have to survey & mapping an area by giving hard labour & roaming around all day. So in this stage if periods would occur then there will be a huge problem regarding the health. So she took it to stop her periods if it will occurr.
4. Her height is about 5feets & weight is around 50kgs.

In my opinion the chances of pregnancy might be rare as the active intercourse had not occurred.But sorry I cant tell you whether she was in safe or unsafe period as her cycles are irregular.
As she took the ovral-L (which is a combination pill of hormones) in an irregular way like for only 15 days to avoid periods the bleeding might be excessive.The white tissue might be endometrial tissue (which is a lining of uterus) or mucus.So please avoid taking ovral-L in this way.
Usually Ovral-L is given for treatment of PCOD.It is to be taken from 5 th day of periods for 21 days.And after stopping bleeding occurs in a week.
But to confirm if she is pregnant or not you might need to do a urine pregnancy test and if it is negative you can be relaxed.
If the test is positive or weakly positive and irregular bleeding or spotting is continuing for 10 or 15 days you might need to consult doctor and get an ultrasound done.
So relax and dont worry .
