Brief Answer:
This doesn't seem to be anything really wrong.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing back,

Nothing seems to be much wrong with you,

Urinary bubbling is natural for a billion people in this world, yes if urine has milky colour and bubbling is really pronounced like a soap then it should be a concern

Best test that can be done in this situation is

Complete urine exam(urine R/E), This will tell you what you have in your urine , if its White blood cells or protein.

Here i want to share with you that white blood cells and occasional red blood cells in urine signify Urinary tract infection but as you don't have other symptoms like fever, vomiting, abdominal pain so this is less likely.

If proteins are seen in urine they can signify kidney damage or over intake of protein , as your GFR and RFT are normal so there is very less likely hood of Kidney damage , it in this case will be the protein bars you are taking, when body doesn't need much protein in give off extra protein in urine.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

If you get through your test of Urine R/E i would expect it to me normal, if it ain't then i have already given you D/D's for a particular result.

WHAT TO DO NOW:

Stay calm , drink much water, work out and enjoy life, bubbling in urine is not something of big concern specially when there's no feet hand face swelling or puffy eyes.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!

Brief Answer:
You shouldn't worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing back,

It's good to know that there were no bubbles. If if there were, they are natural untill they are so numerous that it looks like a bathing soap foam.

Just stay calm and there shouldn't be anything of bnig concern in my opinion.

All you should do is to drink more water even if not thirsty.

This will protect your kidneys by keeping em clean.

There are a million other benefits of water as well.

Stay blessed :)

hi iv woken with swelling around my eye should I be worried now
doctor
Answered by Dr. Muhammad Ahmad (4 hours later)
Brief Answer:
there is a natural swelling

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for wrirting back,

there is a natyral skight swelling when we wake up and there is a swelling of kidney disease observe it for few days and ask some one else if they feel the swelling too,

If that stays then get a urine R/E done , It will make things clearer :)

In the picture you uploaded I don't see any swelling looking like a kidney issue . It's just fine... In kidney issues swelling is below eyes and quite evident, look for it at google too , to get an idea how it looks.

Stay blessed.
