Brief Answer:
You should be investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Pain in the right upper quadrant will be due to Gallbladder stones, Liver problem etc. If the pain is in the lower part, it could be due to Appendicitis, Right sided Ureteric stone, Twisted Right ovarian cyst etc.

Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue.

Please consult your doctor and get an Ultrasound abdomen. Further management depends on the Ultrasound report.

Till investigation, you can take pain killers (like Tylenol, Motrin etc.) along with antacid Capsule containing Omeprazole/Rabeprazole with anti-emetics (anti-nausea medications eg. Domperidone).

Nothing to worry.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I'll clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
