What Causes Upper Right Abdominal Pain While Suffering From Acid Reflux?

Question: I am experiencing pain in my upper right abdomen, have been suffering from acid reflux for past 2 days and have had some abdominal cramping when lifting leg recently. Should I go to the emergency room?

All these symptoms are suggestive of an inflammatory lesion in the abdomen hence it is better to get a clinical evaluation, examination and investigations to be done to get the exact diagnosis making it possible to get the perfect treatment.
