: Stress - Work stress, study stress can cause it.

: Tiredness - Too much work and fatigue of eyes can cause it

: Eye strain - Working on laptop/mobile/watching movies/playing video-games for long duration can strain eyes and cause these symptoms.

: Caffeine - It increases basal metabolic rate in body and causes twitching in every body muscles. Too much coffee/tea can cause twitching

: Alcohol

: Dry eyes - It can occur after driving bike for long, going in fast wind, polluted air

: Nutritional imbalances - Vitamin A deficiency can cause severe damage in eyes and dryness. This can lead to twitching in eyes.

: Allergies - Allergies are one of the cause of dryness in eyes, nasal blockade and thus decreased smell sense. If you are having some kind of allergy, it can be one of the cause of your symptoms.

You can discuss above problems with your doctor and it will help in reaching unto some conclusion. Final treatment can be given according to the illness.
