1. It could be due to hypoglycemia or a side effect of medication.
2. Need to relax and do deep slow breathing.
3. Take some glucose or carbohydrates to improve sugar level. Also take at least one liter of water for now.
4. Check any recent medications, you have started. If started, you might need change of medication. Do get back regarding it or discuss with your doctor.
