Question: Hi.
I have this strange thing happening to me. Last months or so i am having this twitch. Its like a rush that i think originates in the brain or in the upper stomach or chest. It makes me twitch or involontary turn my head like in a XXXXXXX seizure. Especially when Static. I feel like adrenaline releasen in the stomach either just before or directly after. It is over in one second but can occur many times a Day. No pain but extremely uncomfortable.
I have worn XXXXXXX ecg for heart arrythmia check and during i have had these twitches and nothing show there so Maybe not heart related. It feels neurological. Some times it small ones and sometimes they are bigger. The bigger can make my hands tingle

Brief Answer:
Get evaluated about seizures.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

I don't think that your issuesare relatedto heart conditions too.

Symptoms you describe may indicate partial seizures, especially those arising in temporal lobe.

Evaluation about new onset suspected seizures includes neurological examination, brain imaging such MRI, brain function test such EEG, blood tests about electrolytes levels, etc.

Conditiosthat may cause seizures include brain lesions such gliomas etc., hippocampal sclerosis etc.

So, in my opinion, it is necessary to get evaluated by a Neurologist and by other tests in order to achieve a correct diagnosis of your condition.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
