Read below

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Might have been useful if you had provided some more detail such as time and manner of onset of symptoms, whether they involve(d) one or both sides, exacerbating or triggering factors such as stress, lack of sleep, dehydration etc, tests you have had.

Twitching of this kind can at times be due to metabolic alterations, like thyroid dysfunction, imbalance of electrolytes like magnesium, calcium, potassium etc. For that reason some routine blood tests such as blood count, glucose, liver and kidney function, electrolytes, thyroid function, vitamin B12 level. If no cause is found a neurological physical exam and a test called electromyography may be done to check for neuromuscular diseases.

At times all tests may come out normal and symptoms may be in the setting of benign fasciculations syndrome, often influenced by stress and anxiety. Medication like Gapapentint or Clonazepam can oftenbe of help in alleviating symptoms.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
