What Causes To And Fro Oscillations Of The Neck?

Question: Dear Sir i am observing that my wife has started to pendulate her neck very minutely, and i observe it quite often looking at her carefully. What do you advise?

I have been observing this from last 2-3 months she is 38 years old school teacher. She is undergoing thyroid treatment at Cloumbia Asia from last few years. The neck movement is episodic. I have not observed any facial muscle twitching. She had a bsck pain problem for which she had taken the treatment.

Brief Answer: can be due to excess thyroid hormone Detailed Answer: hi, Episodic head nod can be due to excess thyroid hormone, apart from other neurological causes. Have you recently checked T3, T4 and TSH levels?
