Question: I have vitmin d and I have bad head pain like a tight feeling and I have tyroid problems to I keep feeling tried all the time and got no energy I get chest pains etc

Welcome and thanks for your query.
Feeling tired is a common symptom of hypothyroidism. If you still have it after taking Thyroid medicines, thyroid function tests should be repeated to see if you are taking the correct dose.
Vitamin D deficiency usually produces tiredness and boney pains. Over dose of vitamin D may produce headache and vomiting.
