What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Fingertips?
Question: About three months ago started feeling slight tingling in my fingertips, rt arm. About a month later, had a couple of espisodes of bursa swelling rt arm. Saw dr, given antibiotics, 1 week, saw another specialist, 3 weeks later. Both swellings I was able to burst with pressure on a soft surface. Specialist saw no evidence of infection. Other than very slight irritation of the right elbow from left over ?"sac" material on the right elbow, no issues.
I have had "gravel" in my neck for the last 4 years. With rotating and twisting my neck it goes away. In the last month, the "gravel" has also shifted to my upper spine in between my shoulder blades.
Again, I can generally alleviate this with twisting and stretching.
Just seems that the occurences are happening more often.
Probably a lack of good exercise but just wanted an opinion. Just in case this a symptom of something more severe.
FYI, I have severe white coat syndrome on blood pressure, so I take it at home.
Over the last few weeks, instead of my normal mid 120's over high 70's low 80's, it has increased to
mid 130's over low 90's.
I know I need to see a PCP, but have not had a physical in 5 years.
Just looking for info I might tell him. Plan to make an appt quick as I am able (due to work conditions)
Thank you for any input. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Muscle knot
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for the query
It is possible that you let be using muscle knots in the upper back. This could be the result of Cervical spondylosis.
You can tell your PCP that the knots keep forming and causing stiffness and pain.
A bout of Physiotherapy would do wonders.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
