Question: Thank you for your response, I have made sure I am taking my vitamins.. I still get the tingling, numbness from my toes to my legs. It is more intense when I am having a bowel movement. I sometimes feel fatigued, and get fast heart beats. Some days are more.. I have XXXXXXX told I had tachycardia , but nothing more. Heart disease runs in my family, both parents were diabetic hbp, cholesterol , my sister died from a stroke, my brother passed from Hodgkins lymphoma. Have a brother who had cancer tumor removed 2 months ago. My father passed from pancreatic cancer. A niece died from breastfeeding cancer at age 24. That was 18 yrs ago.. my sibling who have passed died in their early 50's . I will be 55 in January. So you can see my concern . . Thank you

I am sorry about what your family members have gone through.

Although they have suffered of such diseases, it does not mean that you would get them too. You might be at risk as for the hereditary part. However, it is not said that you'll get these health problems too.

- With regards to fast heart beats, they might be due to anxiety; quick emptiness of the bowels and/or oscillations in blood sugar level. You can measure your blood sugar/pressure at the time you are having tachycardia.

- It will take up to 3 months from the day you start the multivitamins to see real improvement. So, you need to be patient.

If the symptoms will persist, further consultation with neurologist is advised!
