Brief Answer:
Get cardiac work up done

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I went through your query and understood your concerns.

With your explanation of symptoms, its a muscle spasm in chest region or gastric related problem or heart related issues.
Better to get an ECG done and cardiac evaluation to rule out cardiac problem.

Once you get cardiac evaluation done and you can follow these measures to reduced gastric reflux.
1. avoid heavy food during night time.
2. there should be minimum 1 hour gap between food and going to bed.
3. sleep with head end rise with help of pillows.

Hope I answered your query. Feel free to ask further related query.

Wish you a good health.

Regards
