What Causes Throbbing Headache Every Evening?

Question: Please forward this request to Homeopath specialist as per the last conversation with Dr. Ratnesh the answers are :
Regarding your headache i want to known some more information to make a clear picture.
1 any specific side right, left, front, back or whole head.=== whole head
2 type of headache congested , throbbing. === throbbing
3 any perticular time for onset. ===========Evening
4 duration of headache=================night throughout
5 any complain of blood pressure. ========None
Please tell me what is stress level in your or family?====There is stress level in family.

After review of your case and details you have provided headache is due to gastritis. I am suggesting homeopathic medicine and you may start as prescribed.

Lycopodium 30 6 pills three times in a day.

Take medicine for 2 weeks and then update me.
You will have initial relief after 3-5 days.
random evening headache is due to gastric derangement seen most of the people with gastric complain.

Also suggest you to avoid stress and mental exertion. If we compute your history of disease (As you have provided since beginning) in most of cases stress may be the reason for complain. Though there is no definite clue that stress is affecting you health but it can not be ignored.

Sir,
Please advice some medicine for gastric relief as well. Mostly lime water does not help much.But i would like to know the reason for having headache for at least 8-10 hours even if your stomach is clear and you have also taken SARIDON or other medicine that does not help, so it is mystery behind the head ache as eye sight routine check up, low light syndrome and no constipation all rule out.
Please help with details.

Lycopodium has a great role in gastric trouble and Headache with gastric origin. So no need to take any other medicine except Lycopodium.

You may take Argentum Nitricum 30 6 pills only if you have also complain of Burning in abdomen other wise continue with Lycopodium only.

It doesn't mean if your stomach is clean then your Digestive system is working good. We have also seen in some cases where patient only complain about loss of appetite or decrease appetite or increase saliva and they were diagnosed with gastritis and treated successfully with the medicine.
Some time presentation of symptom are less.

Do you mean that the head-ache for which re-occurrence is every one month or 15 days for the last 4-6 months is due to gastritis or do let me know if disagree.
In case of this re-occurrence of head-ache happens then i should start with Lycopodium only or right away i should start Lycopodium as well as Argentum Nitricum 30 daily 2 times in half cup of water before meals.

Please clarify.

Yes, Headache is related to your abdominal complain.
You have to continue Lycopodium 30 6 pills three times in a day irrespective of headache present or not. continue Lycopodium 30 for 2 weeks from now.

Regarding the Argentum nitricum if you feel you have burning / cramp in abdomen regular or occasional or periodic then take Argetntum Nitricum 30 6 pills twice in day. for 2 weeks. if no burning sensation is present then no need to take Argentum nitricum.
in that case lycopodium would only be your medicine.

Thanks very much for the reply, please advice whether eating curd, rice, dal in night can trigger gastritis issues, please suggest vegetarian diet that can reduce gastiris issues. Can we give the same medicine to children below 12years if they have gastiris or headache symptoms. I have recently bought these 2 medicines in dilute form with 30 potency and planning to start with 4-6 drops in half cup of water for next 2 weeks.Please correct in case of wrong understanding.

You may take following diet

Need to be avoid smoking, alcohol, orange, pineapple, grape, high fat food and cold drinks
You may take fiber food like
apple banana, Broccoli, soy foods legumes and dairy product. are good.

Medicine are also indicated for children with similar complain. But suggest to consult to your physician before giving. Reason is some time even in similar case alternative medicine has good result.

Start with 3-4 drops in half cup of water for next 2 weeks

Rest is good and medicine can be started.
