Brief Answer:
Tylenol, Saline Gargles and antibiotics.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

1. You seem to be suffering from GERD. I can say this with confidence because you take Kapidex. This has had a palliative effect on it. GERD means that the valve that prevents acids from leaking out of the stomach needs medication to remain patent.

2. When a person gets an attack of acidity for which Kapidex is given, the pain does not necessarily remain localized to the stomach. This pain is manifested in different regions of the body whereabouts and is called as referred pain.

3. Kapidex relieves flatulence. There might be a side issue of irritable bowel syndrome. The watery stools are characteristic of IBS. I seriously suggest visiting Librax again and taking it regularly along with medical supervision.

4. Librax intake will pacify IBS if taken correctly.

5. The fact that meals have a relationship with the pain suggests that indeed you do have an acidity problem.

Surely write back to me about your opinions on this line of treatment.
If you have any side health issues, they may be pertinent in helping you
overcome this problem.

If you feel that the current medications are not helping you enough, I can suggest
some better medicines.

Kindly revert back to me.

Thanks,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar
