Brief Answer: USG external genitalia.NSAID wit testicular supprt Detailed Answer: Hi, thanks for using HCM. I went through your query and understood your concerns. With vigorous sex, the testicular pain may be due to direct injury to testis. Usually with NSAID like Ibuprofen the pain will subside but if the testis has more injury or torsion testis then needs urgent management. So I advice you to get ultrasound of external genitalia to rule out any torsion or major injury. Mean time use NSAID for pain and testicular support. Hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask further related queries. Wish you a good health. Regards
