What Causes Swollen Lymph Node In The Neck?

Question: Hi I am a 29 year old female, non smoker non drinker no health issues. I woke up this morning to a swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck also for the last couple days I have had pain in my wisdom tooth could these two be related? Can tooth pain cause a swollen node

Yes this node was noticeable before, from a cold I believe (well that’s what the 2 drs said that I saw) 1 of the drs had a COmplete blood count test done which came back normal, and they did an ultra sound on the node (same node that’s enlarged now) which I will attach file. Then It went back down a little in size over the next few weeks and reappeared yesterday morning. No fever no cold no other symptoms just wisdom tooth pain on the right side. (Same side of swollen node).

* Gargles with salted lukewarm water added peppermint oil 3 times a day will
help to good extent .
