I saw your attached photograph, it would be due to an allergic reaction.
Find out the cause of it, like are you getting it after eating any specific food , exposure to any allergen( lip balms, dust pollen grains, bee sting etc.) or any medications. Is the lip swelling episode associated with any other symptoms like Itching, breathlessness or giddiness?
If it's the only persisting symptom you will feel better with antihistamines
TAB. ALLEGRA at night once daily for 3-4days. If it still persists then get a complete blood count done
