Brief Answer:
It is unlikely to be cancer

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

Your features are unlikely to support a cancer diagnosis. In cancer there will be lump in the breast and not whole breast will be swollen. Pain also is unlikely.

Your features suggest fibroadenosis . It could be due to hormonal imbalance. I suggest you to consult a general surgeon and get examined to confirm the diagnosis and rule out a lump . Further treatment depends upon clinical examination and if needed ultrasound of breast.

Lymphatic drainage massage will help only if block is there in lymphatic flow which will be diagnosed by clinical examination.

Hope I have answered your query. If any further queries are there I would love to help.
