Brief Answer:
could be lymph nodes

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

The swelling could be due to an enlarged lymph node or lipoma or a cyst.

But it will need a clinical examination by a physician as they all have different characteristics like consistently and mobility and plane.

So i would suggest that you show it to a physician once, and get a needle biopsy of it, to help reach a diagnosis.

Hope i have been helpful.
