feet swelling is caused by many diseases, like kidney problem, liver problem, heart problem, protein deficiency and even it is normal in elderly ladies due to incompetent leg valves.

I advice you that you that you should see a physician for proper evaluation so that he/she can properly examined you and advised you accordingly you.

Some time even pain killers can cause swelling, so check your medicines too..
