Brief Answer:
Reports mention no significant occlusion leading to swelling.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I have read her query and reports.

Reports mention no significant occlusion leading to swelling.

I would like to ask few questions so that I can help you better.

Does she have taken any injection in thigh?

Was there any history of trauma to thigh or sudden blunt injury or over stretch during intercourse?

I will advise lymphangiography as lymphatic obstruction can lead to swelling.

Test her blood sr B12 and sr vit D levels.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care

Hi Doctor,

Does she have taken any injection in thigh? NO
History - Around 2007, she fell down from few stairs, and had to do plaster on her right leg (from feet-ankle-lower portion of leg). This is the only issue she had. That time if I remember correctly they were mentioning about something Ligament.

This problem we noticed when we went for a city tour (mostly walk thru day) for 2 days in 2012. That time only her knee was swelled. But gradually the problem increased and spread to her thigh to back hip.

We went to APOLLO XXXXXXX for her issue and they did following tests which I uploaded here. Files names are as below.

Brief Answer:
MRI thigh reports atrophy on left side.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

Your MRI thigh report says atrophy on left thigh.

Atrophy means thinning of muscle and fat due to some disease.

If she has pain on right side then disease is on right only.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care
