Brief Answer:
Rest for a few days and avoid sexual activity.

Detailed Answer:
Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic!

I may need some more information to answer your question properly. 1) are you sexually active? have you recently had sexual encounter with a high risk individual that may lead to a sexually transmitted disease? 2) recent strenuous activity that may lead to swelling and inflammation of the penis and shaft?

by reading your description of your medical problem. my differential diagnosis would be the ff:

1) orchitis - this is swelling of the the testis (the balls/testicles) and is usually brought about by infection coming from the urinary tract or UTI. The testicles would appear bigger than usual and painful when touched. treatment would entail antibiotic therapy and bed rest with intake of analgesics.

2) torsion - this is an emergency and the testis would appear as above, severely tender and inflamed. ultrasound with Doppler is needed to confirm the diagnosis. Treatment is surgical to fix the position of the testis within the scrotum.

3) varicocoele - this is abnormal enlargement of the veins in the cord that connects the testis to the penis. Symptoms of varicocoele is dull pain on the inguinal area and scrotum and depending on the severity it may appear as "bag of worms" in the scrotal sac.

I would suggest refraining from any sexual activity or any activity that may aggravate your penile pain. If your symptoms persists it may be best to see your local physician so he may be able to do a complete physical examination which wcannit do on this forum. Yes I'm sexually active and has sex on the 24th last month and just few days after had couple vigorous wanking sessions. Don't think is and STD as my body feels perfectly fine just my pelvic area seems to have discomfort and I suppose it's from the wanking a few days after, just wanted to clarify

Brief Answer:
Yes your symptoms are from your wanking sessions.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for your follow-up question and the additional information you have provided.

Yes I believe your pain and symptoms are from strenuously abusing your male body part. I am pretty sure that with sexual abstinence and rest for a week your pain will go away in a few days without any permanent clinical sequelae.

Mostly after ejaculation also after sexual thought I see pre cum after urine which is like a clear sticky substance coming from my penile opening. Could this also be a cause from prolonged masturbation or you would consider this normal and what medication can I use for faster healing and if it were something worse than this I would be feeling body pains right?

Brief Answer:
Yes precum fluid is normal. Analgesics would help.

Detailed Answer:
Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic!

Yes precum fluid or pre-ejaculatory fluid is normal and varies in amount per individual. It is normal to have it when stimulated and it acts as a lubricant in preparation for vaginal penetration.

I would recommend intake of analgesics like Tylenol or acetaminophen or ibuprofen to hasten the decrease in inflammation.
