What Causes Swelling And Pain In Anus And Scrotum?

Question: Im in good health. 5 days ago I was moving and lifting heavy objects as part of remodel. Two days later I noted swelling between my anus and scrotum that continued and became painful. Been using topical antibiotics, taking advil periodically, and prep. H. Swelling has been going down as has pain. Should I be doing anything additional?
