Question: my feet have been swollen for over a month I t leg cramps and cramps in feet they tingle and I can't feel touch unless I press hard and their painful tingle and dry and cracking and on back of one toe the skins hard and built up

Hence, My Suggestion will be for you to Stop CNS Stimulants and Take Vitamin B Complex and Vitamin C Supplementation for 12 weeks
