Brief Answer:
Allergic reaction over lips, avoid irritant

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
You seem to have developed an allergic reaction over the lips.
Now such an allergic reaction can occur over the lips due to contact with anything which causes irritation like any lipbalm, anything over the hands or even some foodstuffs can cause this reaction.
You need to apply a topical steroid cream like cortisone over the affected areas twice a day .
In addition, you might need to take oral antihistamine tablet like claritin once a day to decrease the allergic swelling.
Do not apply any other cream or oil over it .
