Ofloxacin is safe

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms XXXXXXX

Ofloxacin is a sfae antibiotic and not the cause for discolouration of teeth. If he is on Iron syrup or drops that could be the likely cause for discolouration. Tetracycline group of antibiotics are to be avoided.
