Brief Answer:
Deeper sleep or more tired then usual during the day.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

I think this has been just a coincidence- the fact that it happened twice in such a short time.
Falling out of bed it is not a specific symptom of any problem. If it would happen while you are standing, then of course it would be something to worry about.
If you don't have other symptoms also it makes it less possible to be something concerning.

The only explanation I have for you is that in absence if other symptoms (especially in absence of happening while you are standing) it has happened because your sleep has been deeper, or you have fallen asleep more tired then usual.

Hope this is helpful and makes sense for you.
Let me know if you have any other symptom or still concerns after me reassuring you about this. Also, if you think I should know any information that you think may be relevant, feel free to let me know.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
