Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query very carefully and would like to assist with my advises.

The shortness of breath is an important symptoms that need to be evaluated in order to find out what has caused it. If you were my patient I would have done the following examinations:
- ECG
- Cardiac echo
- chest x ray
- abdominal ultrasound
- stress test
- upper endoscopy

This examinations will help to find out what is causing dyspnea and will determine the best way to relieve it.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

I wanted to include more information originally however was unable to edit after asking the question. Attached is a photo of my blood work and here is an explanation of issues that lead up to my current situation:

9/7 binge drank
9/8 30-60 minutes after late night dinner stomach begins to hurt. Feelings of bloated-ness and minor shortness of breath
9/10 Pain doesn't go away and blood work and urinalysis were done with no issues in results.
9/11 During sushi dinner and a beer stomach begins to extremely badly but eventually subsides
9/12 Pain seems to be subsiding but massive headache occurs
9/13-Present Stomach pain is completely gone; however, minor headaches come and go. Headaches become more prevalent during initial exercise routine. Shortness of breath also occurs even though I've had no issues before.

Other notes:
Right ear canal has been popping every other day or so in the last 5 days.
No other symptoms related to diseases/conditions to lower right abdominal pain such as nausea, dizziness, vomiting, issues with stool, etc.
Prior to issues I was running 20-30 minutes a day 5 times a week without any issues with shortness of breath
Also rarely ever have headaches and when they did occur only lasted a day.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

After reviewing your data and history my opinion is that your symptoms are related to gastrointestinal problems (acid reflux) this is why I recommended to do abdominal ultrasound and upper endoscopy.

However, other lifethreatening disorders that may cause your symptoms should be excluded first. This is why I strongly recommended to do exg, cardiac echo and chest x ray.

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
