default
Posted on Wed, 22 Jul 2015
Question: I had a cup of tea, 3 weeks back in morning. After that I felt as if I am moving.
Now I fell sometimes as if I am moving, if I am in somewhat pressure.
I check if I have vertigo or not, but they are not there

Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.

In background of further details provided by you,the symptoms appear to be non-specific and does not appear to fit into a particular disease entity. It does not look like anything serious going on.
It may be a part of anxiety/mental stress.
I suggest you to be on Tab.Vertin(Betahistine) 16 mg sos(at the time of symptoms).Along with, please start doing mental relaxation exercises regularly like meditation/Pranayama.I hope to see you improving soon.
