Brief Answer:
not to worry about tinnex

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic,

I have seen the reports you have uploaded. It does look like your wife is suffering from a condition called as sudden sensorineural hearing loss.

Please continue the treatment prescribed by your doctor.

Tinnex is probably not responsible for the mouth ulcer. Tinnex is quite safe and can be taken. It has been given to control the beep sound that she is hearing. It improves the function of the inner ear called the cochlea. It is being used for long time and is safe. When used in overdose it can increase the tinnitus.

Dr Rajkishori Godhi.

Brief Answer:
have to wait

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir,

It is difficult to predict the chances of recovery. Usually improvement of hearing occurs within 4-5 days. Any further recovery after this period will be minimal. But since your wife is young and I assume has no other illnesses, her chances of recovery are good but no guarantees can be given.

Do not worry about the other ear getting affected.

For mouth ulcers she can use smyle gel to be applied 20 minutes before food.

Dr Rajkishori Godhi.
