Brief Answer:
Can be caused by arrhythmia

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

From your comolaints it seems you have arrhythmia, which cause your symptoms of lightheadedness, nausea.
I would advise you to refer to ER and have an ECG done. It will show whether you have any arrhythmia and you will receive appropriate treatment.
In case ECG comes back normal you will need neurological evaluation, which also can be done in ER.
So the best decision will be to refer to ER.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health
