Brief Answer:
Possible Fibroid of the uterus?Need confirmation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your query in detail.

As per your given symptoms, you possibly seem to have organic pathology of uterus, possibly a fibroid of the uterus.

Its very important that you get this diagnosis confirmed through a trans vaginal ultrasound at the earliest.

If fibroid is diagnosed a possible trans vaginal or trans abdominal hysterectomy can be carried out since you already have 2 live children.

This will be the adequate therapy in your case eliminating the risk of further complications.

You need to approach an expert Gynaecologist to tackle your problem.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
