What Causes Stinging Sensation All Over Body?

Question: I have been experiencing a sharp stinging sensation all over it comes on suddenly as a pin prick lasts up to a min.and goes away.
It started about 30 days ago

Detailed Answer:
With such presentations in my clinic, I would first rule out some conditions that may cause your symptoms, these include:
1.Peripheral Neuropathy ( from Diabetes, drugs, toxins, vitamine deficiency, prolonged alcohol consumption),
2. Diseases like Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis, etc.
3. Stres.
However these conditions give a more prolonged symptoms in time, so in my opinion there is no need to worry more than necessary. If you notice an augmentation of frequency of symptoms or new ones I suggest you to consult a Neurologist and discuss conditions mentioned above.
